Secret Meadow consists of three acres of land, a large horticultural shed with office space, and a bunch of people with ideas. The site is currently under development as a permaculture project and is the base for a consultancy, two artists and a social enterprise:

• Nicky Saunter runs Secret Meadow Consulting, a Responsible Business Consultancy, specialising in managing for change, marketing local products and building an ethical business. Nicky also offers a professional photography service, teaches photography workshops and exhibits work as part of Somerset Artweek and the 10 Parishes Art Festival.

• Local artists Bob and Frank Blaker share a studio on site where they carry out planning and experimental work using natural materials.
